Last Fall Green Valley Nursery & Landscape assisted us with a beautiful, lawn-free, front yard landscaping makeover. We were very pleased with the results so when we decided to “freshen up” our landscaping in the backyard this Spring we knew exactly who to call. Once again, Green Valley Nursery & Landscape was very easy to work with and Don’s vision for our backyard exceeded our expectations. We love our yard’s new look!

Dear Julie and Don,

I was gone all day Wednesday and most of the day Thursday. Sooooooo sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner about the BEAUTIFUL , yellow rose tree you planted to replace the weeping cherry. I just love it !!!!!! I really thought it would be ok to just remove the dead Cherry, But you proved to me again….you really know what you are doing! What a pleasure  to have such talented and capable ” friends” working to keep my garden beautiful and healthy. Keep up the good work ! My yard is living proof of the special talent you both were blessed with.

I have never written a testimonial before, but felt compelled to do so because of the great job Green Valley Nursery & Landscape did reconstructing my yard after my neighbor’s house and 1/2 my yard burned down last summer.  As I have tended to take landscaping for granted, and kind of figured they would simply replace what had burned up, it never occurred to me to take some before and after photos.  How unfortunate!  While a picture would have been worth a thousand words, all I can say is that the work done was incredible–timely, professional, and beautifully within my budget (which was limited because of the small print and large deductibles in my homeowners policy)–a true work of art (by some local artists)!  I am so happy I chose some real people to do some real work they really like, because they did it really well (and everyone who has seen in has raved about it).

We are so pleased we finally found a landscaper/nursery we could count on.  We contracted several different landscapers prior to GVN and they never seemed to give us the backyard we wanted – our backyard had so much potential, but the landscaping never seemed up to par with everything else.  In one “design session” Don and Julie were able to take our comments and desires and turn them into a backyard oasis that we now love. The service was prompt and professional from design, to installation to teaching us how to care for the plants they installed.  We will never look anywhere else for landscape needs.
